Pedro Lourenço is a Brazilian-born fashion designer. The son of two prominent Brazilian designers, Lourenco spent his formative years at his parents' studios, where he learned design and pattern cutting techniques. He began designing aged 12, completing his first full collection and showcasing it at Sao Paulo Fashion Week in 2002. Garnering his craft with positions at Lanvin and Giambattista Valli, he launched his eponymous brand at Paris Fashion Week in 2010. His clean architectural aesthetic has drawn comparisons with Nicholas Ghesquière. Shuttering his namesake label in 2015, Lourenço returned to the fashion industry in 2018 with eco-conscious gender fluid label Zilver.
