PRONOUNCE
Brand
PRONOUNCE was founded by Yushan Li and Jun Zhou in 2016. Li graduated from MA Fashion at Central Saint Martins and immediately after worked for Kanye West's fashion label Yeezy. His A/W 16 Central Saint Martins MA collection was sponsored by the Isabella Blow Foundation, and released 14 looks at London Fashion Week. In 2014, he collaborated with Lane Crawford as a young artist for the Lane Crawford World Traveler project.
Zhou graduated from Istituto Marangoni and London College of Fashion MA Menswear. During his study in Milan, he helped with development for menswear brand Ermenegildo Zegna at Milan Fashion Week. In 2014, he won the first prize at the Audi Star Creation Awards, and in 2015 he released his debut collection at Singapore Fashion Week.
PRONOUNCE was the first Chinese designer brand invited to show at Pitti Uomo in June 2019.
The duo are now based in Milan and Shanghai.
