Sabina Šinko is a Slovenian artist, as well as a puppet, set and costume designer. In her paintings Šinko tends towards surrealism and expressionism. Influenced by her observations of people's daily interactions with nature, she creates moving and unique portraits. She achieves an airy abstract quality by layering traditional Chinese ink and watercolour.
