SEOKWOON YOON is the eponymous New York-based brand founded in 2017 by Seokwoon Yoon. Yoon completed his studies at Pratt Institute in 2017, going on to work for various fashion brands including Public School and GAP in New York, London, Paris and Berlin.
Yoon debuted his junior year collection at Atlantic City Fashion Week in 2016 after receiving sponsorship from the organisation. In his sophomore year, Yoon's collection was exhibited at National Association of Schools Arts. In his junior year, NOT JUST A LABEL chose Yoon as a 'black sheep designer.' His graduation collection was selected for the Pratt Annual Fashion Show and presented at New York Fashion Week in 2017. In the same year, Yoon was selected for the CFDA Fashion Graduate Future initiative.
