Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou is editor-in-chief and publisher of 10 Magazine and 10 Men, as well as creative director for Antonio Berardi, Roland Mouret and collection creative director for Victoria’s Secret. 

Neophitou-Apostolou began her fashion career as an assistant at Vogue, and over the course of it, she has built her own publishing empire where she serves as editor-in-chief and publisher of 10 Magazine, launched in 2000, and 10 Men, launched in 2003. She has helped create a new visual language in her role as fashion director for magazines as diverse as the Independent Magazine, Sunday Times Style, Vogue China, Vogue Japan, Vogue Russia and Harper's Bazaar UK.

She has also contributed to Dazed & Confused, Dutch, i-D, Vogue Italia and Purple. Working alongside designers such as Antonio Berardi, Elie Saab, Richard Nicoll, Roland Mouret, Sinha-Stanic and Topshop, she has helped steer their visions and has pushed them to new heights of creativity. She has also been appointed the Pillar President of Reputation and Chairman of the Press Committee of the British Fashion Council. Neophitou-Apostolou has been selected by the Observer’s Life Magazine as one of the most influential and respected creative forces in fashion.
