Thom Walker is a London-based make-up artist. Born and raised in Yorkshire, his close relationship with his godmother influenced his love of makeup. At 19, he moved to Paris to undertake an internship for an international cosmetic house. During this time, he developed his aesthetic and explored his interest in natural skin textures and details, inspired by the women he saw there.
Today, he continues to be inspired by women, as well as nature, interiors and architecture. His love for image-making maintains his natural and modern approach, and his work has been featured in publications including British Vogue, Love Magazine, Man About Town, i-D, W Magazine, Dazed & Confused and L’Uomo.
He has worked with the likes of Robi Rodriguez, Liz Collins, Tim Walker, Mark Lebon, Lea Colombo, and Nick Knight.
