Tim and Barry
Photographer
Creative partners Tim and Barry established their name photographing a number of subjects key to London's underground fashion and music scenes, especially the grime scene. Having shot the cover for rapper Dizzee Rascal's 2007 album Maths + English, the pair have also had their work published in various magazines including The Wire, Super Super, i-D and Colors.
In 2006 they began making content especially for YouTube. Their series featured Giggs’s first ever freestyle, JME & Tempa T spitting while having a snowball fight, the odd coupling of Tinchy Stryder and Gang Gang Dance, and a 17-year-old called Chipmunk – now known as Chip.
Tim and Barry founded a creative agency, Archetype, after 20 years of working together.
