In London this week and don't have a Frieze ticket? No problem - there's still plenty of options open for art-lovers to get their fill.

The capital's new luxury hotel The Standard, London has scheduled an itinerary of talks from emerging artists, designers, as have Matches Fashion's cultural hub at 5 Carlos Place.

Wednesday 2 October

Standard Talks: Akinola Davies and Martine Syms moderated by Angela Dimayuga

Akinola Davies (aka the former Crackstevens) is a director & moving image artist, joined by American conceptual artist Martine Syms in a conversation moderated by Angela Dimayuga, the creative director of Food and Culture at The Standard Hotels International.
