Did you know Burberry was one of Queen Elizabeth II’s favourite brands? With only a handful of fashion houses boasting a prestigious Royal Warrant, the trench coat specialist received theirs in 1955 and created garments for the late monarch throughout her reign and even celebrated last year's Platinum Jubilee with a commemorative silk scarf. Well, just in time for the coronation of King Charles III, the heritage brand has partnered up with Highgrove (the monarch’s private residence) to create a limited-edition scarf inspired by its famed gardens.

A known environmentalist with a passion for sustainability, King Charles has been flexing his green thumb since he purchased Highgrove in 1980. A well-documented labour of love, the monarch personally chose the flora, ensured sustainable practices in the gardens development, and even worked with Google to create a virtual tour that anyone from around the world can experience.

Symbolising His Royal Highnesses' love for the environment, the limited-edition scarf is spun from pure organic silk and is adorned with the flora and fauna you can expect to see at Highgrove. In shades of Earthly greens, the design depicts birds, dragonflies, wildflowers, delphiniums, orchids and more between majestic silver birch and magnolia trees. Whether you're a royalist, an environmentalist or both, the exclusive design is sure to have a spot in anyone's collection.
