COVID-19 may have caused great disruption, but fashion design students are finding ways to work around and through the pandemic.

The Central Saint Martins MA Fashion Design students have released a short film called Fashion in Isolation to give a window onto their creative process while lockdown has shut the university. While the MA students will not be graduating until 2021, this process film gives us a sneak peek into what we might be seeing a year from now, and was first premiered as part of the first ever all-digital London Fashion Week in June 2020.

From toiles to sketches to tin foil trumpets and digital vortices - there's plenty to stimulate your imagination. For a glimpse of more graduate work, don't forget to check out the SHOWstudio project Class of 2020, which features work from across the fashion spectrum, from design to journalism to communication.
