Introducing the 2019 NEW WAVE: Creatives List

The British Fashion Council have revealed the 2019 NEW WAVE: Creatives list as part of The Fashion Awards held later this year. Released earlier today the list recognises young talent, and the influential awards ceremony provides them with a global platform. Running for the second year, the list is compiled by The British Fashion Council, the not-for-profit organisation launched in 1983 which supports fashion talent and promotes education and growth within the industry.

NEW WAVE: Creatives details 100 pioneering individuals across diverse disciplines within fashion from over 20 different countries, with a few familiar faces from SHOWstudio appearing across the nine categories. These include; photographers Rob Rusling and Eva Losado (Eva Al Desnudo), artist Jon Emmony, writers Tom Rasmussen and Hélène Selam Kleih, florist William Farr, and stylist Ibrahim Kamara who most recently collaborated with Nick Knight on Hardcore Romance.

The Fashion Awards 2019 will take place on Monday 2 December with tickets available to the public.
