The campaign marks the third collaboration between the handbag brand and the London-based image maker.

At the heart of Manu Atelier is a celebration of female power, thanks to sisters Beste and Merve Manastir who are behind the covetable handbag brand. For their Pre-Fall 22 campaign, the design-duo have once again teamed up with Harley Weir to capture female liberation, identity, and a connection to nature that defines the Istanbul-based brand; tropes that exist in Weir's work as much as they do in the Manastir sisters' mirroring ethos.

The environment in particular is already prevalent in the brand’s sustainability efforts, with all products being handcrafted in their in-house atelier. Utilising traditional techniques learned from their father — who happens to be one of the oldest leather goods manufacturers in Turkey — their dedication to small scale production always puts the planet first.

Titled, The Paradigm of Cycles: Women and Earth, the campaign features the brand's signature styles like the Prism and Padded Cylinder. Styled by Alex Carr, model Chu Wong channels the mythical bond between women and the environment. The futuristic setting is littered with alien flora that lends itself to Weir's carefully composed imagery and vibrant sense of colour that never fails to evoke Mother Nature and feminine power.
