Nick Knight Captures Fendi Roma S/S 20

Launched February 2020, the latest Fendi Roma campaign is shot by Nick Knight. Teaming up for the first time with the Italian house, Knight uses both video and image to capture the S/S 20 collection's impossible blooms and ethereal textures in the streets and terraces of an imagined Rome.

Shot amongst a dream-like perspex palette by set designer Andrew Tomlinson, the campaign invokes the hidden decadence of the every day as models Adut Akech, Rianne van Rompaey and Jing Wen delight in the height of an Italian summer. Nicola Piovani's song 'Finale Alla Stazione' provides a playful soundtrack and sense of summer ease to the campaign film shot by Britt Lloyd and edited by Raquel Couceiro, where models swirl through the city, and lounge on the terrace of a Roman palazzo whilst practicing their best Italian phrases.
