Rimowa Luggage Launches Eyewear

Makers of celebrity favourite aluminium luggage Rimowa are now moving into eyewear, with both sunglasses and optical frames. The Rimowa Eyewear range fits in with the lightweight and modern look of the signature suitcases, and will launch with two unisex sunglass lines, Bridge and Rim, with an optical range, Air, to finish. Each classic shape will come in several colours, matched to selected suitcases for a super co-ordinated airport lounge look - presumably taking advantage of the tentative opening up of international travel after its coronavirus closure.

This isn't Rimowa's first foray into the fashion world, having collaborated with Kim Jones at Dior to create some pastel gradient luggage earlier this year. The eyewear will be available on Rimowa.com and at selected opticians from tomorrow, 9 July 2020.
