When the late Virgil Abloh gave his approval to a creative, you took note. Fashion designer Samuel Ross was previously the creative maverick's first assistant, and has since gone on to see their million-pound brand A-COLD-WALL* go from strength to strength. Today, luxury fashion retailer Browns Fashion launch a nine-piece capsule collection by the Abloh-approved label Small Talk Studios, with garments which encompass the ties between streetwear and art which Abloh pioneered in fashion, architecture and product design.

Founded by Nicholas Williams, Small Talk Studios are recognised by their signature, hand-embroidered graphics and illustrations of nature and animal motifs. Williams' creative research includes looking to vintage garden magazines and plant seed packets. Applied to Carhartt WIP's sandy-coloured denim workwear co-ords, including cargo trousers and gilets, together with t-shirts, beanie hats and tote bags, Small Talk Studios present their own vision of 'Artwear', sprinkled with summertime Americana.
