Day 6: North

Thank you so much to everyone who came to the North launch evening tonight. Turn out was really special. The show is now open until 19th March, Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 5pm, Free Entry

The exhibition really would not have happened without the kind support of Mike Chetcuti, Gary Aspden and the team at adidas. We have a range of trainers and garments from adidas on display in Gallery 2 and an in depth interview film with Gary in Gallery 3 and online now at SHOWstudio. Ardwick, 2014

Lou and I commissioned bespoke vitrines and units to display the publications in Gallery 1 and garments in Gallery 2. Designed by Theo and Alisdair Simpson and produced in the north of England. On the left you can see a still of Infinity an original film produced especially for the exhibition by Alasdair McLellan.

Thank you to everyone involved in the making of North: Identity, Photography, Fashion. It has been a massive collaborative effort and such a joy to work with everyone at SHOWstudio, Open Eye Gallery and adidas.
