Giorgos Gallos

Giorgos Gallos is an actor. He was born in 1972 in Boston, USA, and in 1999, he graduated from the National Theatre of Greece Drama School.

In the theatre, he has worked with the likes of Lydia Koniordou, Nikos Karathanaos, and Sotiris Hatzakis in productions including: Alkistis, Ion, Trisevgeni, 8 Women, Oedipus, Erotokritos and more.
As well as acting, he has directed theatrical productions. In 2006, he acted in and directed (with Stavroula Siamou) Shakespeare’s Macbeth, in the Loft of Theatro Neou Kosmou. 2009 saw him act in and direct (with A. Xafi, V. Mavrogeorgiou, A. Hioti and the Blitz ensemble) Goethe’s Faust, in the National Theatre. In 2010 he acted in and directed (with Yannis Perlengas) Henry Edward Richard, a mélange of two Shakespeare plays, in the National Theatre.
