Lucy Norris is a writer, historian, and consultant. Norris regularly covers the womenswear shows for SHOWstudio, and has written for Lula, AnOther, and Modern Weekly in China. From 2009 – 2015, Norris was founder/editor of online fashion magazine Pret-A-Rever. Officially endorsed by VOGUE as 'The Trend Machine', this was the first magazine that enabled audiences to 'shop through content'. She has also been senior contributing editor at trend forecasting agency Stylus.
Norris guest lectures in visual culture and fashion history at The Victoria & Albert Museum, The FIT Museum, The Royal Academy of Art, Parsons School of Fashion, and London College of Fashion, and she is an Associate Lecturer in Cultural and Historical Studies at Ravensbourne.
