German-born Marie Schuller settled in England in 2004 and studied filmmaking at the National Film and Television School. She went on to work freelance throughout the fields of film and photography in London, New York and Berlin and then finished her MA in photography at the LCC in London in 2009. Schuller spent the beginning of 2010 working in NYC as a multimedia producer for Magnum Photos before joining SHOWstudio.com in July 2010. As head of fashion film, Schuller works closely with Nick Knight within the development and production of SHOWstudio's fashion films. She also edits most of Nick Knight's films and continues to contribute her own work to the site. Her own fashion films have been screened at festivals and exhibitions around the world and she has been awarded the Best Director of Fashion prize at ASVOFF Barcelonea 2012.
