Spencer has worked with photographers including Toyin, Karim Sadli, Carlotta Manaigo, Bruna Kazinoti, Ben Toms and Daniel Sannwald. He has worked for clients including Armani, Lou Dalton, David David, Ray-Ban, Original Penguin, Levis, Fred Perry, Margaret Howell, Silas and Topman. Spencer lives and works in London.
