Adut Akech is a South Sudanese-Australian model. Akech made her runway debut for the Saint Laurent S/S 17 show and has since walked for Givenchy, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Burberry and Versace, also closing Chanel's Haute Couture A/W 18 show. Akech featured in the renowned 2018 Pirelli calendar shot by Tim Walker, and has fronted campaigns for Valentino, Fendi and Coach.

Akech has featured in publications including American Vogue, Vogue Italia and i-D and was one of fifteen women selected by the Duchess of Sussex for British Vogue's September 2019 'Forces For Change' cover. Akech accompanied Valentino's Pierpaolo Piccioli to the 2018 Met Gala and in 2019 was awarded Model of the Year by the British Fashion Council. Born in Kenya and raised in South Sudan, Akech and her family fled the South Sudanese civil war and emigrated to Australia when she was seven years old as a refugee. Alongside her modelling career, Akech works with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
