Camilla Johnson-Hill is a brand manager and producer. She is the founder and executive producer of TCP Collective Ltd.

After studying photography in Paris, Johnson-Hill began her career working in the fashion department of Vogue Paris and as a fashion assistant at Vogue Italia. She then relocated to New York, working as an agent and production manager for photographer Pamela Hanson, followed a role as the bookings editor for the launch of Vogue Russia. Later, she was a contributing European editor for Interview magazine.

In 1999, Johnson-Hill founded The Production Club, a pioneering photographic stills production company. In 2015, this was expanded under TCP Collective Ltd. Clients include Balenciaga, Tom Ford, Hugo Boss, H&M, Burberry, Dior and Jil Sander.
