Gideon Ponte is a set and production designer who has worked on feature films including Buffalo 66 (1998), American Psycho (2000), The Notorious Betty Page (2005) and Nacho Libre (2006) as well as several short films. He won an MTV for Best Art Direction for Lauryn Hill's Doo Wop (That Thing) video in 1999, and in 1998 was nominated for a Grammy award. His company PONTE & Sons have designed sets for photographers Nick Knight, David Sims, Mario Testino, Steven Meisel and Steven Klein.
