Hung Vanngo is a New York-based makeup artist. Born in Vietnam, he moved to Canada as a child and spent his youth and early adulthood in Calgary. After relocating to New York City, Hung began collaborating with photographers including Mert & Marcus, Carter Smith, Craig McDean, Greg Kadel, Ellen von Unwerth, Emma Summerton, Ben Hassett, Norman Jean Roy, Alexi Lubomirski and Patrick Demarchelier.
His work has appeared in the pages of Allure, Elle, Interview, i-D, Vogue Italia, Harper’s Bazaar, Instyle, Glamour, Marie Claire and W. Vanngo has worked with names such as Marc Jacobs, Lancôme, L’oréal, Estée Lauder, Calvin Klein, MaxMara and Saks Fifth Avenue. His roster of clients includes the likes of Gisele Bündchen, Jennifer Lawrence, and Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen.
