Jack Tobin
Fashion Consultant
Based in London, Jack Tobin is a consultant specialising in sales and brand building for designer fashion and lifestyle brands. After being headhunted by Max Mara, Tobin worked as a designer for the Italian fashion house. He subsequently worked with Joanna Sykes at her eponymous label and later at Aquascutum, before joining the prestigious MA Fashion course at Central Saint Martins under the tutorship of Louise Wilson OBE.
Moving to luxury fashion retail, Tobin joined Selfridges to launch and manage Selfridges Bespoke, a unique concept and world first for a department store. After the success of the project, he joined the designer galleries management team and then worked on special projects in buying and merchandising.
Tobin went on to join Patrick Grant’s British menswear label E. Tautz, heading up brand development and opening its first store. Going on to become Commercial Director, Tobin is credited with growing the wholesale business and taking the brand to international recognition. In 2017, Tobin established his consultancy business offering commercial direction and freelance sales, working with a variety of international brands.
