Footwear designer Nathan Alexander Walker studied BA (Hons) Cordwainers Footwear: Product Design and Innovation at the London College of Fashion, taking his inspirations from the the intersection of the fashion and art worlds.
His approach to design is a refined take on composition, pushing for new aesthetics and forming narratives that challenge what are currently defined. Now working for Footwear Design and Engineering company Areté, Alexander Walker designs for brands such as Raf Simons and Athletics FTWR. The designer has previously worked with McQ and Concept Kicks as part of his university placement year.
