Dior to Stage Pop-up Shop and Restaurant at Selfridges This Summer

Maria Grazia Chiuri is bringing the Dior spirit to London! As artistic director of womenswear at the storied French house, Grazia Chiuri will stage a pop-up at London's Selfridges department store featuring the Dioriviera capsule collection, starting 3 June. In keeping with the seaside theme of the capsule, the Selfridges space is decked out in blue, chartreuse and raspberry reverse toile de Jouy.
Dior have also taken over Selfridge's rooftop restaurant, dressing it in a toile de Jouy displaying pastoral scenes. The restaurant will be serving dishes selected by the French house, including some of Monsieur Dior’s favourites alongside drinks renamed in tribute to Dior's history.
Also on display at the pop-up shop is a Christian Dior surfboard, beach games, fans and cushions - all evoking the spirit of summertime. As a symbol of dolce vita, the limited edition Christian Dior Vespa 946 scooter is presented alongside a helmet and top case adorned with the Dior Oblique motif to match the saddle.
