They say only the most confident men can wear pink. But then again, the Katie Eary shopper has never been one to shy away from a shouty sweater or two. This season he’ll be embracing his dark side in inky sports basics and glowing purple, red and pink fuchsia print tailoring - vampire fangs optional.

This was death and decay the Eary way, so naturally everything had been given a vamped-up, street edge. Gold hardware, heavy sunglasses and chunky Nike Air Jordans turned her models into insolent bad boys rather than your typical cackling horror hero. But Eary was never going to do vampire the Christopher Lee way. So it was out with the black velvet and in with the mohair, metallic and maximalist print - the best one this season featured a lobster with golden grills - even sea life can’t escape the Eary urban touch.

This kind of decadence is always going to seem genuinely nightmarish to quieter dressers, but given the ever-growing influence of streetwear heroes like soundtrack-provider A$AP Rocky on the way young men dress, Eary has been smart to position herself as the go-to good-time girl for rap kings and aspirational urbanites.
