Simon Foxton

Simon Foxton is one of Britain's leading stylists. After graduating from Central Saint Martins in 1983, he set up his own design label, Bazooka. He started styling for i-D in 1984. Here, he began his longstanding collaboration with Nick Knight and became the magazine's fashion director. Later on he guest-edited the August issue of i-D in 2005 to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

Foxton's work has also been featured in V Magazine, The Face, Arena, Arena Homme Plus, Vogue Hommes International, Details, W, GQ Style and Big Magazine. His work is represented in collections including the Victoria & Albert Museum and Tate Modern. It has also been celebrated in the exhibition When You're a Boy: Men's Fashion Styled by Simon Foxton, curated by Penny Martin at The Photographers' Gallery in 2009.

Foxton has been mentoring MA menswear design students as a visiting professor and tutor at London's Royal College of Art and Westminster University. He has also acted as creative consultant for many major fashion brands, including Levi Strauss & Co, Nike, Stone Island and Mandarina Duck.

In 2006 the creative practice &Son was founded by Nick Griffiths and Simon Foxton, where he now functions as co-director.
