When Moncler Genius launched in 2018, it invited some of the fashion industry's biggest names, including JW Anderson, Simone Rocha and Craig Green to reinterpret its iconic down jackets. Fast forward to today, and Moncler has risen the ranks becoming one of the hottest brands in the world — just ask The Lyst Index which placed the Italian brand on their Top 10 List earlier this week. While a continuous flow of exciting collaborations amplified the brand to new heights and fostered cross-pollination between some of the industry's greatest minds, Moncler is looking to further elevate the concept with The Art of Genius.
To showcase this year’s roster of co-creators, Moncler Genius’ will present a live multi-platform experience. The Art of Genius will take place during London Fashion Week at Olympia London in a celebration which will be streamed live on Moncler.com. The event will unveil creators, concepts and collections from Alicia Keys, Pharrell Williams, Mercedes-Benz, Palm Angels, FRGMT, adidas Originals, Salehe Bembury, and Roc Nation by Jay-Z, as well as present the brand's latest collaboration with designer Rick Owens. The move towards a more engaging presentation follows the MONDOGENIUS interactive, which was hosted by musician Alicia Keys in 2021, showing the brand's willingness to move towards more engaging and innovative modes of showcasing fashion.
