From 5-11 August, fine art doll makers, The Popovy Sisters, are curating our Tumblr page. Over the course of the week, they will share exclusive photos of their previous collections, work in progress projects and happenings inside their St. Petersburg studio.

Behind the dolls is Ekaterina and Elena Popovy, two identical twin sisters based in St. Petersburg, Russia. Having been interested in dolls and fashion from a young age, their work has grown organically over the years, becoming a well known name in one-of-a-kind doll-making. Today, in their handcrafted work, they create fine art dolls that combine fashion, fetish and fantasy. The duo has attracted collectors such as Jean-Paul Gaultier and Louis Vuitton shoe designer Fabrizio Viti, while also having their work featured in Vogue, Vogue Russia, and INFRINGE Magazine.

Live now, head over to the SHOWstudio Tumblr page to see the Papovy Sister's guest curation!
