“I chose this dress by Vivienne Westwood which she made from wild rubber (the corset) and I wore to the Punk themed Met Gala with her. It made me feel empowered to know I was wearing wild rubber, a material that directly supports the Amazon rainforest, and has been championed by a line of activists including Chico Mendes. Plus it was made by the ultimate queen of punk, Vivienne!”
